Beautiful place.
The food is delicious, we ordered two pastas. The interior is cozy and the staff is very friendly. We were with suitcases and the staff suggested that we put them in their room so that the suitcases would not interfere with anyone.
There are not very many tables, and the opening hours are limited, but the place is popular. I advise you to book a table in advance.
We had an amazing experience there. The waiters conducted themselves with such class and friendliness at the same time, reflecting the identity of the restaurant and its food: sophisticated yet very authentic and traditional. We had excellent tagliatelle and ravioli, with a parmesan custard starter and wine. I will most definitely come back here. IMPORTANT: RESERVE AHEAD OF TIME !!!!
If you can afford it, definitely get a couple of courses as the portions are smaller. The food was really great though. I got the pork and potato dumplings (Italian pierogi essentially!) and my sister got the veal and tuna sauce. For dessert we got the peach trifle which was decent, and a delicious amaretto ice cream with the best hot fudge sauce! Would definitely return here if I came back to Rome:)
This place was SO GOOD. We called day of for a reservation and they accommodated us. The staff was friendly and made good recommendations. I’ll be dreaming about this food until I come back to Rome.

Small family restaurant that you definitely need a booking a few nights in advance. Great service, amazing food. Don't let the rustic appearance of the area put you off. Must try.
Delicious local food, all waiters were very welcoming and nice, most with enough english to help. The duck is amazing!
Our AirBNB host recommended this restaurant and we have to thank her so much. This little Trattoria is close to the metro station Vittorio Emanuele and it's a real gem. The dishes are typical Italian but you can't expect pizza. I had a rabbit stew and it was delicious. The staff is friendly and very attentive. The meals were served very fast. You should visit this excellent restaurant.
